Symptoms
Customer has multiple Unstructured Data Queries (UDQs), and they have noticed that the consumer count for each member of the UDQ is inconsistent across restarts and few members of the UDQ have consumer count 0. The consumer high and consumer current is 0 as well, so the consumers did not connect to this member at all.
