In a simple Web Application with a JAX-RS web service which doesn't have any policies configured, a memory leak was detected.
A heap dump analysis identified this as the primary leak suspect:

The memory is accumulated in one instance of "oracle.wsm.policyaccess.PolicyAccessPoint" loaded by "com.oracle.classloader.weblogic.LaunchClassLoader @ 0x400000f68".
