Symptoms

After Installing 12.2.1.4 Patch 34502488, Bundle Patch 1, WebCenter Forms Recognition RTS Throws Errors:

Failed to connect to database Job 'xxxx'. Description: Can't instantiate Batch controller"

Failed to connect to database Job 'xxxx'. Invalid Username or Password.

Changes

Installed 12.2.1.4 Patch 34502488, Bundle Patch 1.  Setup.exe completed without issue.
