Goal

 Up until 12.2.1.4, one could not create a jobStatusRepository and connect to the database via SSL/TCPS, as the functionality was not available. An enhancement request has been opened for this, Enh 35444503 - ADD ABILITY FOR JOBSTATUSREPOSITORY TO CONNECT TO ADB
