MFT Instances Stuck In Active State And Got Processed As Soon As Server Restarted. (Doc ID 2986018.1)

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, MFT Runtime Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lot of 400+ MFT instances stuck in active state and got processed as soon as server restarted.

It has been observed that more than 400 MFT instances were stuck in active in-progress for some reason in 2-3 days and this is happening quite few times till now. We have tried to look into the logs but did not find anything which could be related. However, as soon as the MFT managed servers were restarted the stuck instances completed successfully.
