Forgerock SSO Deployment is Causing ClassNotFoundException in "consoleapp" (Doc ID 2986126.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic 12.2.1.4 getting below ClassNotFoundException exception for "consoleapp" when customize the setDomainEnv.sh for Forgerock SSO deployment. If rollback the setDomainEnv change then consoleapp works fine.
