Symptoms

Jyhon code has been implemented in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to build an email body using the email.mime.text Java package > MIMEText method, and the values handled contain the Euro Currency Symbol ().

While the code correctly executes in ODI 11g and older 12c versions, the following failure is received when executing the same in ODI 12.2.1.4:
