Symptoms

RollingRestart Fails with 'Connection timed out' when Implementing Zero Downtime Patching

Attempting RollingRestart per following steps:

setDomainEnv.cmd
java weblogic.WLST
connect()
progress=rollingRestart('<cluster name>',options='shutdownTimeout=60')

Exception occurs:


The underlying RestartNodeManagerCommand is failing to execute.
