Forms Crashes with "Signal 11" when Invoking RUN_REPORTS_OBJECT (Doc ID 2987706.1)

Goal

In a newly installed 12.2.1.19.0 environment, we are testing reports called from a Form but always we get the error

[2023-11-03T11:21:29.601-03:00] [WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93652] ...The runtime process has terminated abnormally.
[2023-11-03T11:27:42.350-03:00] [WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93656] ... Runtime process 19212 is terminating due to signal 11.
[2023-11-03T11:27:42.351-03:00] [WLS_FORMS] [NOTIFICATION] [FRM-93658] ... Stack trace for runtime process 19212 is being written to file /<DOMAIN>/system_components/FORMS/forms1/trace/frmweb_dump_<PID>

<Note 2329611.1> was checked but it refers to OutOfMemoryErrors, so does not apply in this case
