Tuxedo Application Fails Upon Startup With Error "LIBTUX_CAT:1065: ERROR: xa_end TMSUSPEND returned XAER_PROTO" (Doc ID 2987751.1)

Symptoms

Tuxedo application has moved to RAC and want FAN to do orderly transitions of a database instance from one RAC instance to another. Connections to the database is failing when tried to relocate a service.

This problem do not occur when set RMOPTIONS to SINGLETON,NO_COMMONXID, NO_XAAFFINITY. If RMOPTIONS settings  are removed then application fails upon startup as it gets a database XAER_PROTO error.
