Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Pending Certification Displays "1 of " Instead of "1 of 1" When There Are UDFs In The User Certification Page (Doc ID 2988776.1)

Symptoms

If multiple custom UDF attributes are added on the User Certification Page (which populates the CERTS_USR_UDF table), the total number of users reported on the User Certification Page is incorrect.  For example, if there are multiple UDF attributes on the User Certification Page, the total number of users reported  under Pending certification when one clicks on the user  is displayed as (1 of ) instead of (1 of 1).
