Symptoms

ORA-01013 is reported by a Tomcat application using JDBC with connection string:

The error occurs after a query runs for more than 60 seconds. If it runs in less than 60 seconds, the query completes successfully.

java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.
