How To See the Snapshot/Export Icons on the Tool Palette Bar for Jobs Manager (Doc ID 2989374.1)

Goal

The goal of this KM is to convey how Snapshot/Export icons on the Tool Palette Bar - Jobs Manager are displayed after a fresh installation of EDQ 12.2.1.4 and after the latest patches have been applied.  Reason being, the Jobs Manager on the Tool Palette only displays "Favorites" and "Processes" icons and the the "Snapshot" and "Export" icons are not shown.
