Symptoms

After applying the July 2023 Stack Patch Bundle (SPB), when trying to perform an certification export operation from the OIM UI by doing any of the following steps:

Click on Certification page on any certification item:
  - Export: Export To Excel
  - Export: Export To PDF
or
  - Actions: Download to Editable Excel

The page freezes and the files are not downloaded. A page refresh is required to unfreeze the screen.
