Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Rest API - Is It Possible To Create Same ClientID In Another OAuth Domain (Doc ID 2989973.1)

Goal

There are two OAuth domain namely OAUTH_Domain1 and OAUTH_Domain2 in the same OAM instance. The OAUTH_Domain1 already have the client "ClientID1" and would like to add same "ClientID1" to OAUTH_Domain2
 

However, when attempting to add the ClientID1 to OAUTH_Domain2, getting following error:
