Restart SSL Option in WebLogic Console Does Not Work For Dynamic Servers, it Throws Message "The object that you were viewing has been deleted, either by you or another user. Please make another selection." (Doc ID 2990302.1)

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Create a dynamic cluster based on a server template and enable ssl.
Able to start and stop the dynamic server from the console.

However when trying to perform "Restart SSL" as per below navigation:

console==servers ===select one of the dynamic clustered server===control ===Restart SSL

it throws below message:

The object that you were viewing has been deleted, either by you or another user. Please make another selection.

The same option works for a normal managed server.
