Symptoms

In order to be able to connect to a Database 19c from the JDeveloper provided in Patch 9879989, it was necessary to upgrade the JDBC driver provided with the 11.2.0.4.0 version.

After a new lib directory was created the ojdbc5dms.jar and orai18n.jar were copied there, then the Test connection shows the next error:
