Symptoms


After applying WebLogic Server October 2023 Stack Patch Bundle (PATCH 35899167: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.231011) on OIG environment, Identity Self Service Console only shows blank page, after Login with below errors in the logs:
