Symptoms

The Database team has reported a startup regression when upgrading from JDK 8 to JDK 11. In a 4-node cluster configuration, they observed an increase of 10-25% when running their server control utility (srvctl) for operations such as add database, add service, config database, config service, status database, and status service.
