Symptoms
Application behavior change after ADF July 2023 BP 35503128.
An ADF application has a page with a Tree Table that dynamically changes according to user choices.
The table is inside a Panel Collection having custom menu items to control the table model.
The table has no columns and no data initially and it will be populated upon user's choices.
Everything worked fine up to ADF April 2023 BP 35148842.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the user makes choices the table is rendered incorrectly and the application becomes unresponsive.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The same behavior prior to ADF July 2023 BP 35503128 should be preserved.
