Symptoms
When trying to access BI Publisher (/xmlpserver) and using Oracle Access Manger (OAM) as the Single Sign-On Solution (SSO), The browser returns and error: "Too many redirects."
- Issue only occurs ...
- for certain users
- in multiple browser types after clearing browser cache
- Using the same Desktop and browser, one user can login, another will fail with the reported error.
