Wrong Font is Picked Up in Migrated Forms (Doc ID 2995049.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the forms server to 12.2.1.4.0 from 11g, fonts are not properly picked by Forms, which is causing misalignment at runtime.
We have updated the values in Registry.dat from 11g but still getting the same fonts.

Due to this issue, migration is impacted.
