Unable to Access Managed Server Through Load Balancer F5 after Upgrading the Domain to WebLogic Server 14.1.1.0 and JDK 11 (Doc ID 2995582.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the domain to WebLogic Server 14.1.1.0 and JDK 11, the client application cannot communicate with the WebLogic Server instance through the F5 load balancer and it fails with below message.
<Message>Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.</Message>

The application can communicate directly to the WebLogic Server instance when it does not go through the F5 load balancer.

The communication between the Load Balancer (F5) and WebLogic Server is SSL.

When testing with CURL via the load balancer it fails with PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR as shown below.
