Scanner Not Recognized In The 12c WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client (Doc ID 2997244.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to use a new scanner with the Capture client 12.2.1.4. The driver is successful.  Checked with the twacker utility, and it is TWAIN complaint.  It works with the PC, but it is not being recognized in Capture client.

Scanner: Fujitsu fi 8190
Driver: Paperstream ip (twain) 3.6
