Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Multi-Data Center (MDC)Curl Command Fails "OAMSSA-38057",errorDesc:MDC configuration is not enabled"

OAM MDC configuration (12.2.1.3) 4 domains are configured (1 master and 3 clones).
The "Security Mode" set is SIMPLE, we therefore performed the following procedure
Following Changing the Security Mode of Managed Servers in Working MDC Environment
The procedure has been performed and everything works correctly except step "d" the Re-configure the Clone data center command
