Upon Document Conversion of PDF Files Ghostscript Error "The output file of the external conversion program does not exist" Occurs (Doc ID 2999089.1)

Symptoms

Upon document conversion of pdf files, there are Ghostscript errors and OCR functionality is unable to execute scripts.

The Capture diagnostic log includes the following errors:

Error occurred while processing batch.[[oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: Error: The output file of the external conversion program does not exist. Missing file: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\1234567\images\1234567.1.TIF. Workspace <workspace_name>. Batch ID: 1234567. Batch Name: <batch_name> Item ID: 1234567.1. Conversion Program: <filesystem_path>\gs\gs10.1\gs10.01.2\bin\gswin64c.exe. Command Line: -q -dNOPAUSE -dNumRenderingThreads=4 -sCompression=lzw -r300 -sDEVICE=tiffgray -sOutputFile=C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\1234567\images\1234567.1.TIF C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\1234567\1234567.1 -c quit. Return Code: 0.

Changes

None identified.  Possibly new vendor invoices or new implementation of Ghostscript.
