WebLogic Server Startup Hangs at a Point after Changing the Database Password (Doc ID 2999554.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic managed server startup hangs and the server just shows as starting in the admin console.
No error written to the logs, however the thread dump shows the below threads indicating some issues connecting to the Database or ldap.

 

Database password was reset.

All datasources are updated with the new password
