Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to run IdcAnalyze with dbcheck in WCC 11.1.1.9.0,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Documents table entry dID=200000 is greater than highest dID (197000)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run IdcAnalyze with dbcheck
2. Observe error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run IdcAnalyze accurately when using dbcheck parameter.
