Goal

When an OID password is expired, Reports displays the following instead of a more informative/detailed error:

REP-0180: Report has been cancelled from the Report Server.

Caused by unpublished <Bug:4104180>: "WRONG AUTHID DOES NOT THROW APPROPRIATE ERROR MESSAGE".
