JMS Queue Piled up after OS Patching (Doc ID 3002687.1)

Symptoms

JMS queue gets piled up after OS patching activity. Messages for processing have only been landing on one JVM(out of three JVMs) for a distributed queue.

Prior to OS patching, the JMS message distribution works fine. Server affinity enabled even before the patching activity. 

Once the Operating system patch is rolled back, it works fine.
