ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot Remove Extra Resources from Access Policies

If a CI application has a parent application for which there are multiple applications defined for same resource, when adding the application to a new Access Policy, all applications defined for the same parent resource are added.
The extra applications cannot be removed, and returning an error.
