SSL: ORDS Standalone does not send intermediate certificate to the client (Doc ID 3004450.1)

Symptoms

Configured SSL with a VALID CA certificate in ORDS-standalone as per: 2967938.1: How to Implement SSL for Standalone ORDS 22.x and Later and started as per: 2877389.1: How to Start ORDS 22.1+ Standalone Mode With HTTPS

When running ORDS URL https:// <hostname>:<SSL port>/ords/ , following errors are displayed:

 

Tried solution in: 2971482.1 - ORDS SSL Error: "RequestError: unable to verify the first certificate" without any change to the behavior.
