ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Liquibase removes owner name from package code when the username / schema ends with a dot (like "ghost.")

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The code to be migrated by liquibase completely


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot use the result of liquibase transfer.
