Symptoms

For disconnected application, Entitlement remains with "In Progress" in Entitlements tab even after manual fulfillment task of entitlement request gets rejected by manual fulfillment approver.
This issue comes only when Entitlement is added in child form while requesting application instance.

 

Note: If Entitlement is requested after application instance was provisioned first or Entitlement is requested through heterogeneous request, then It works as expected.
Entitlement with "In Progress" is getting removed from Entitlements tab After Entitlement request gets rejected by manual fulfillment approver.
