BPM Workspace Performance Issue When Accessing The "Process Tracking" Menu (Doc ID 3009666.1)

Symptoms

When going to Process Tracking menu, the console gets blocked and after that Stuck Threads appear in WebLogic server.  These can be observed in WebLogic Console and the managed server gets in warning state.
