Incorrect SQL Plus Version Returned after Upgrading Oracle HTTP Server to DB Client 19c Using Jan 2024 Patch 34761383 (Doc ID 3012986.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded DB Client 12c to 19c using <Patch 34761383> (This patch contains an FMW installer to upgrade the DB Client 12c to 19c in an already installed FMW 12.2.1.4.0 Oracle home.)

After you complete the installation, it is verified whether it was successful by checking the version of sqlplus client.
The version returned 19.14 instead of 19.21 as shown below.
