The Jessys.log of ART Batch Runtime Is Written Partially and with Binary Characters
(Doc ID 3014738.1)
Last updated on APRIL 12, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Tuxedo Application Runtime for CICS and Batch - Version 12.2.2 to 12.2.2 [Release 12c]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Installed Tuxedo ART Batch Runtime in OCI with two nodes in a Multi-node configuration (MODEL MP).
The jessys.log is written in a shared file system that is accessed by the 2 nodes.
During the execution of a chain encountered two anomalies:
1. The jessys.log is written partially. It means that some steps of the job are not present and are not written in the jessys.log. The steps that are not written are non-deterministic, so, apparently, there isn't an explanation because some steps are written and other steps are not written in the jessys.log
2. The jessys.log contains special characters, probably binary characters, that shouldn't be present in the jessys.log.
To identify the reason for these two anomalies and how to solve them.
