Users Getting FRM-92104 Error Regularly Which Requires Users to Restart Forms Session (Doc ID 3015175.1)

Symptoms

The system has two (2) WLS_FORMS managed servers. A load balancer is being used to distribute the load between the servers. However, users encounter the following error which forces the users to restart their Form session. The issue happens on a specific day of the week around the same time.

The server also raises additional FRM errors below when the issue occurs. Various solutions have been implemented specific to those errors but the issue persists.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the Forms server.

2. Allow users to access the Forms application via a web browser using a url like below:

    http://<hostname>/forms/frmservlet?config=<CONFIGURATION>
