How to Perform a Clean Removal / Deinstall / Uninstall of WebLogic Server (Doc ID 3015882.1)

Goal

In this scenario, the application used to run on WebLogic 12.2.1.4 and now have migrated to Helidon.
Both Admin server and managed servers are stopped as well.
But, the WebLogic directories still exit in production.

Since these old directories are flagged by security checks in production environment, shall you simply delete the contents of /mw_home…
or do you need to run deinstall script here (mw_home/oui/bin/deinstall.sh) followed by removal of these directories ?
