On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WLS/Weblogic Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

1> During go-live, OAM Administrator changed OAM_ID cookie configuration in production from host scope to domain scope. Refer instructions here Doc ID 2903693.1. Later in a day or two it was changed back to host scope.

2> Few users using Edge in IE compatible mode started reporting System Error message due to Max session reached on OAM server. Requests were looping between IDP and SP till max sessions were reached for the users.

3> Restart of browser and in some cases clearing cache and cookies along with clearing sessions on OAM console did not help.
