WCC Imaging SAML 2.0 Configuration For OKTA Tiles Looping (Doc ID 3015956.1)

Symptoms

In an environment, the SAML2.0 for OKTA tiles is being configured. This note is being reviewed:

The configuration has been successfully performed for a custom ADF application, deployed for an Imaging application on a WCC Imaging managed server.  On occasion, an issue occurs.  When selecting the Imaging tile in OKTA, it is toggling between the Welcome page and the OKTA URL,  and it goes into a loop.  But, when opening the Imaging application outside of OKTA, then the OKTA tile works without any issue.
