Symptoms

Below article is followed to disable OPTIONS or any other REQUEST_METHOD.

How to Disable HTTP TRACE or Other REQUEST_METHOD in Oracle HTTP Server (Doc ID 259404.1)

While testing using SSL port, disabled REQUEST_METHOD is still shown as "not disabled" and returns " HTTP/1.1 200 OK" instead of "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden".
