Changes in NodeManager Configuration from SSL to Plain Type not Activating from WebLogic Admin Console (Doc ID 3016443.1)

Symptoms

NodeManager shows inactive but PID is running in backend.

Changed WebLogic Admin Console --->Machine --->Configuration -->Node Manager -->Type to plain and restarted the services.

After login to Admin Console still NM type is showing SSL in NodeManager configuration type.
