Symptoms

After T2P on Clone environment, application domains are not listed in oamconsole.

In log below error is displayed

Error occurred during copying policy changes : {0}[[
oracle.security.am.common.policy.admin.PolicyManagerException: OAMSSA-06348: Application Domain Manager only has read privileges for shared policy objects.
at oracle.security.am.common.policy.admin.impl.AuthenticationSchemeManagerImpl.modifyAuthnScheme(AuthenticationSchemeManagerImpl.java:305)
