AdminServer is Running But the State Shows SHUTDOWN in Node Manager Log (Doc ID 3017159.1)

From Node Manager Debug log, we can see state of AdminServer showed ‘SHUTDOWN' as below:

But check AdminServer log and confirm it was running.
