Symptoms

OHS conflicts in patch from April 2024 CPU for CVE 2023-37536 WEBGATE

ENVIRONMENT
Windows 2019
FMW 12.2.1.19

You have installed FWM Infrastructure 12.2.1.4, then Forms/Reports 12.2.1.19 binaries. No Domain created yet.

You are trying to apply April 2024 CPU patches to a New FMW/Forms/Reports install. 

Problem with patches listed under Forms & Reports section, table Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.4:

OHS DB19c BP 36393221 installed OK

OAM WebGate DB19c BP 34955202 - said it was already installed

WebGate One-Off for CVE 2023-37536 (36487351) - shows it has a conflict with the patch
