Symptoms

While applying the April 2024 CPU IDM Stack Pack Bundle,  getting following error for patch conflicts:

 Upgrade OIG environment from JAN 2024 SPB to APRIL 2024 SPB with one-off patch 34302154:

   SPB JAN 2024>> Patch 36179836 IDM STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.240112
(which contains:
Patch 34302154 OPSS One-off for JwtToken and
Patch 33950717 OPSS BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220311,

   SPB APRIL 2024 >> Patch 36515054 IDM STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.240415
