Symptoms

The redirect URL size is large, the HTTPS redirect will fail with protocol error.

Checked with -Djavax.net.debug=all and it seems that INVALID STREAM error is output and the http2 connection is disconnected from the client side.
The output below was confirmed using chrome, but curl, firefox, etc. will also close the connection on the client side.
