Oracle HTTP Server Fails to Start with Either "exit status = -1073741502" or "exit status = 0" When NodeManager is Started as Windows Service (Doc ID 3024211.1)

Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server fails to start with errors when nodemanager is started as windows service.
The same process works fine when nodemanager is started up using script.

Below exit codes are seen in the ohs_nm.log file.

exit status = -1073741502

exit status = 0
