Test Connectivity fails for Salesforce Application from OIM

OIM Version --> 12.2.1.4.0

Salesforce connector version ---> 12.2.1.3.0

Configured Salesforce target application via AOB .

While testing the connectivity using "Test Connection" button in AOB, getting below error in the UI and logs -->
